Welcome to Cans2Curbs Service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Plans

We offer three different subscription plans:

Basic Plan: $1.00 weekly, autocharged at $4.00 monthly.
Standard Plan: $2.00 weekly, autocharged at $8.00 monthly.
Premium Plan: $3.00 weekly, autocharged at $12.00 monthly.

These charges will be automatically billed to your provided payment method each month, along with any applicable credit card processing fees charged by third-party providers.

2. Billing and Payment

Your subscription fee will be billed monthly in advance.
Payments are due on the same date each month, based on the start date of your subscription.
Any additional credit card processing fees will be included in your monthly charge.
Please note that these terms are in addition to any terms and conditions set by third-party payment processors and the terms and conditions of your credit or debit card issuer.

3. Service and Missed Days

Cans2Cubs Service strives to ensure your trash cans are handled according to your plan.
If a service day is missed due to an error on our part, we will credit your account for the missed day(s).
Credits will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
No further charges will be applied upon cancellation, but any remaining balance for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

5. Changes to Terms

Cans2Curbs Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service anytime. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance via the email address provided in your account.
